Built in 1942 and completely updated, Gate House is a one-of-a-kind cabin with interior walls of log and stone. Its three outdoor sitting areas provide vistas of the red-rock canyons and the mountains. A stone-and-wood fireplace, vaulted ceiling, soft area rugs, tiled walk-in shower with dual shower heads, beautiful kitchen, and cheery eating-and-reading room add to its charm. Gate House is a wonderfully romantic place for two, with a queen bed in the cozy bedroom, but it easily sleeps four using the daybed in the living room.
